Ok, so the title of this post just gave it all away and you don't "need" to read more to find out what this article is all about, but please do, it has taken me hours and hours to compile this! This September marks a huge milestone for me, whilst a lot of you will be getting ready for your babies starting school, I have been also celebrating the fact that the first babies I photographed 4 years ago are starting their school journeys this month. To celebrate, I invited the little one's who I photographed as my first newborns 4 years ago to a little "I am starting school" session. Those of you who know me, know that I am not your typical "school/studio" photographer", so I decided to take them all to the beach! Their Mummies and Daddies were very brave allowing them onto the sand with their brand new precious school clothes and shoes, but I am sure you will agree it was definitely worth it and I hope they love these photos of their gorgeous little ones as much as I do. I got quite emotional looking back at all my old photos to compile this blog post, I bet the families will too! The three children that came were all absolutely amazing and seemed to enjoy themselves, and agreed that photo sessions on the beach are much more fun than in a studio! I got them to practice for their official school photos , which resulted in a few cheesy smiles but I managed to get some gorgeous natural ones aswell :-) This lovely little man could have a whole blog of his own! I first photographed him whilst he was still in his Mummy's tummy, and have continued to photograph him and his family ever since. I have actually lost count how many sessions I have done for them, but I had a look through today and picked out a few photos to share of him from the past few years. I would like to wish them all a super happy start to their new school journeys this month, and thank them for coming and doing this for me. It means a lot to have had all the support over the years and I hope its not the end of our time together. xx

Thank you Laura, yes I was rather emotional. I can't believe where these years have gone, and what I could achieve.
